To launch and celebrate the adidas Tyshawn signature shoe, we were tasked to develop European retail assets and execute a series of unique launch moments in the key European cities of London and Berlin.

We utilised a New York City trash can, which is one of Tyshawn’s favourite obstacles to skate at home, and built all retail and launch activations around this object.

The full-scale trash can was the key component to the launch activations and we creatively scaled the can for further in-store use. This plinth sat alongside shoe-wall NYC subway tiles to further the signature model story.

Scouting a prime location close to the infamous Berghain club in Berlin, we built a DIY skate spot comprising of various NYC themed obstacles, which was left permanently for the community to enjoy.

In London, with Tyshawn’s presence, the trash can was the key component as we replicated his home ‘TF’ (training facility) with a ‘can-jam’ style flat ground skate session. The event was highlighted by Tyshawn’s skateboarding, which stoked the crowd and left the London community with a lasting memory.
